A Very Busy Weekend -- Saturday & Sunday

Saturday was a really really fun day!!!!

After all the shopping Friday, I was ready to make some purchases today!!!


Hubs and I started the day off with a yummy donut breakfast. I forgot to take a picture {which is sort of a theme in this post, LOL} but they totally hit the spot. My donut was a chocolate donut with blue stripes. Mmmm good!

We then met up with Grandpa and Grandma Holschen and took a trip to Lowes and Wal-Mart for painting supplies for the new house. We needed a 5 gallon bucket of white ceiling paint, rollers, and the paint containers to start the painting process.

Then, we went to Weekends Only. I showed Hubs the rug in person, and he really liked it too. DOUBLE SOLD!!!! So, we bought the rug for our living room, and new bedroom furniture, and a new mattress. 4 whole pieces of brand new just ours bedroom furniture. SWEET!!!



The furniture is AWESOME!!!! We are picking it up {with the help from my cousin and his truck ... THANKS ANDREW!!!!!} on Friday!!!! :) I will be away at at scrapbooking convention, so I will make Hubs take pictures! LOL

We are painting the master bedroom this week then.

It will look great with our new furniture and our current bedroom outfit. I can't wait to put it all together! Hard to believe in a few weeks we will be moving into our first house!!!!!!! 

God is so good. I am beyond thankful for wonderful family who have helped us so much along this journey. 

We ended Saturday with late night appetizers at 54th Street with Maryl & Ryan, and Grandpa and Grandma Holschen. We ate good food, drank a few non-alcoholic daquiris, and laughed until my belly hurt. WHAT A BLESSING!!!!!!!

Sunday

Will be 20 weeks tomorrow so we took a new picture this morning before church. The dress was a thrift store find, and I LOVE IT! Who can beat a $6.00 maternity dress??? 

Can hardly believe the change in just 3 weeks. 

How far along? 20 weeks

Cravings: Nothing new. Same things, frozen cokes mostly. ;)

Biggest Moment: lots and lots and lots of movement at the hockey game

Movements: LOTS. still feels like twitching or wiggling. Baby W must sense I'm talking about her because she is moving around as I type this

What I'm looking forward to: FINDING OUT THE GENDER ON TUESDAY!!!!!!!!
